Thank you for contacting us with your question. First, allow me to express my heartfelt desire to see your mother's condition resolved.

For your mother's ankles and nails I would highly recommend the DOUBLE STRENGTH THERACREAM. This cream has double the strength and is designed for very resistant skin including the nails which the cream can be applied to directly. Have your mother apply this once in the morning and once in the evening. Of course, if need be, she can apply during the day but for the majority of our customers, twice per day brings about great results. I would also recommend our FACE & BODY WASH which will not dry the skin as 95% of the products on the market do. It will help to begin the healing process and prepare the skin for the cream.

As an internal recommendation, I would further consider the INTESTINAL BOWEL CLEANSER which will help to remove toxic debris and parasites (which can either cause or aggravate conditions) as well as our GREEN POWERHOUSE for the high nutrition (unmatched anywhere) that this powerful product offers.
