DISCOLORATION OF FACE

Hi,

I have used lightening cream on my face which was given to me by one of the doctors. I have now stopped using the cream although my skin was getting lighter. My face has now gone dark with dry patches all over. Please can you suggest something that will heal my skin?

Response To Discoloration Of Face

Hello,

You haven't mentioned whether the cream given you by your doctor was a steroid or hydroquinone type cream. The consumer MUST BE AWARE that hydroquinone has been under FDA investigation for discontinuation in OTC (over the counter) products because of possible cancer-causing activity in addition to severe and often permanent side effects they can cause. Steroid creams are also harmful and can damage your skin further as well as produce health problems. Steroid side effects include: thinning and discoloring of the skin, easy bruising, permanent dilation of certain blood vessels, burn marks on skin, liver and kidney damage and a weakened immune system.

I strongly recommend you wash only with a hypo-allergenic and gentle body wash which contains absolutely no chemicals or ingredients that can be toxic to the skin. Our FACE & BODY WASH will provide this type of purity and will help bring your skin in balance. Then apply our FACE & NECK THERACREAM which is a deep penetrating cream which will penetrate the 7 layers of skin and promote optimal functioning of the skin processes helping to repair the dry patches on your face as well as restore your normal skin tones.

Please keep me posted on your progress.

Warm Regards,
Nanette
