There can be a number of possible reasons why your skin has changed texture and is now dry, sensitive and grainy feeling. I would need more information from you to help determine the possible cause or causes. However, it does not surprise me that all the commercial products on the market, both inexpensive to expensive, HAVE NOT WORKED! I will tell you why! Most products on the market today contain mineral oil or other petroleum based ingredients and should be greatly avoided as they can actually increase the skin's dryness levels. These ingredients have NO usefulness to the skin nutritionally and in fact, the molecules are too large to even pass the pores of the skin so the cream just sits on top and literally suffocates these pores thereby causing further dryness and damage. Further, there are too many cheap chemicals that are placed in these products amidst one or two "good" ingredients and thus promote further irritation and skin conditions to the user.
I have two very natural and deep penetrating products that I highly recommend to you. Use them daily. First, what you wash with is so very important and I can't emphasize this enough.
