Hand And Feet Psoriasis

I have psoriasis on my palms of my hands and on bottom of my feet. Been to many dermatologist with no relief. The dry cracked skin on feet and hands is so painful and is hard to walk with. It is on the arches of my feet. Do you have any suggestions to help this condition? Thank you

I certainly understand how painful the dry, cracked skin on your hands and feet can be and I am very sympathetic to you in dealing with this psoriasis condition.
