Good day to you! Good for you! To answer your question about the GREEN POWERHOUSE, each capsule is approximately 650 mg. A serving can be 2 to 4 capsules at a time. We recommend starting with 2 capsules since they are loaded with so much nutrition and provides great energy and cleansing of the bloodstream. As your body begins to strengthen and utilize the ingredients to repair tissue, muscles, organs etc, you can increase the amount depending on your individual needs. Some folks take 4 to 6 capsules a day spread out throughout the day to feed their body with high nutrition and keep a steady flow of energy.
