Lichen Planus And Pregnant

Hello,

I having been dealing with this rash for about 3 months now, and was just officially diagnosed that it is Lichen Planus. I have also found out that I am pregnant. Would the products you recommend be safe to use while pregnant and which ones do you suggest that I try??
