Thank you for contacting me with your concern. Symptoms of dryness on top of pre-existing conditions such as your vitiligo can be not only uncomfortable but a challenge to treat if the proper care is not taken. I would first ask that if you are using any steroids that you discontinue them as they will only irritate your skin and cause deeper problems.
