Seborrheic Dermatitis on Face and Scalp

I am suffering with mild Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face and scalp. I've been using cortisone for almost a year now and it is just keeping my Seborrheic Dermatitis under control (my SD still flaring up sometimes). I also notice that my SD is having a resistance to the cortisone that I use. So my question: Is there a possibility that after using your product for a long time my Seborrheic Dermatitis can build a resistance or immunity to it and would I have to find a new product to control it again? This disease is really depressing sometimes. :(

Hello Norman,

I certainly can understand how an ongoing skin condition such as Seborrheic Dermatitis can become depressing to the sufferer. But please take heart! To begin with, you mentioned that you've been using cortisone for almost a year now and that you noticed your Seborrheic Dermatitis is building a resistance to it. You mentioned you had a mild case of Seborrheic Dermatitis, but without being able to physically see your scalp condition, it is difficult to determine the severity of your condition.
