Seborrheic Dermatitis On My Cheeks And Nose

by Sarah
(United Kingdom)

Hi Nanette,

I have seborrheic dermatitis of the face where it's really red on my cheeks and nose ect. Have you got any good treatments I could try as I don't want to use steriods - they make my skin worse. I just hate this.

If you have any recommendations could you tell me the products that are not too greasy as it makes me get a lot of blackheads. The main worry of mine is the redness of my face so if you could get back to me it would be great. I have tried so much and no treatment work and it's so depressing!! Thanks! :( Sarah

Hi Sarah,

Don't despair! Seborrheic Dermatitis can be treated and you are on the right track by first, not using steroids. Steroids will actually worsen your condition as well as ultimately weakening your immune system which only compounds the problem.

The treatment I will recommend for you is all natural and deep penetrating. Our creams are definitely NOT GREASEY but rather fill your skin with much needed moisture which is what your skin truly needs - not oil. In fact, many of the products on the market are loaded with mineral oil which is absolutely horrible for the skin. Mineral Oil is the by-product of making gasoline from petroleum and since we use so much gasoline, it makes mineral oil very cheap for companies, therefore it makes the perfect (yet toxic!)filler. Further, the molecules are much too large to even penetrate the pores of the skin, so it sits on top of the skin with a greasy feeling and can actually make your problem even worse.

First, wash with our FACE & BODY WASH which will gently cleanse your skin and begin repairing the skin layers without further drying your skin as so many soaps and cleansers do. Then apply our FACE & NECK THERACREAM morning and night. A thin layer is all you need as it quickly penetrates the 7 layers of skin and begins to unpack dry, damaged cells, lifting them to the surface and replacing moisture and nutrients to help restore your skin and reducing inflammation. The skin will respond quite readily to natural and wholesome ingredients such as you put on your skin in the way that it responds to natural and wholesome foods you eat and drink....so get ready to start seeing your face, cheeks and nose return to a normal, balanced healthy state.

Please keep me posted on your progress Sarah and contact me with any further questions you may have.

Warm Regards,
Nanette
