Very Bad Dry Cracked Feet

My feet are very very bad. They are so cracked that they split wide open on my heels and it hurts to walk on them. I can not stand to wear closed shoes so I always have opened toe and heel shoes on and I live in Florida. Please help me I want my feet to be nice and smooth and pretty again. My heels look like the feet on your web page but cracked wide open.
