Aim 2 Health LLC is located in Algonquin, IL. Within the United States
we offer the USPS Priority Mail shipping method which is a 2 to 3 day
delivery service depending on which state you are located in. Orders
are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Saturday)
using the shipping method mentioned, however, please be advised that Aim
2 Health LLC does not guarantee specific arrival dates or times and
once a package/order has been delivered, we are no longer responsible
for it. If you wish your package/order to be insured or have a
"signature confirmation", you must first contact us at
aim2health@aol.com before ordering. Further, we may, at our discretion,
assign a "signature confirmation" to any outgoing order that we feel is
necessary. Also note that a small
surcharge may be added to your shipping charge during certain
times of the year due to high volume orders and extra help that
may be needed. Lastly, we have strict quality control over our products, lids, caps etc. and package our products with the utmost care, therefore, if an item arrives damaged please notify your local post office in order to file a claim with them.

For all International orders we tell our International customers to
allow 8 to 14 business days for your product to arrive. The variance in
time will depend on your location and if there are any Customs
Requirements where you live.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when
the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the
responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to
country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Aim 2 Health LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Also note that a small surcharge may be added to your shipping charge during certain times of the year due to high volume orders and extra help that may be needed. - Sales Tax
- Aim 2 Health LLC charges sales tax for product ordered on this Web site to those living in the state of Illinois only.
- Return Policy
- Kindly note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products. Because our products contain many natural, health building ingredients with no useless fillers, our products are much more expensive to make than what is out on the market. Also, we endeavor to keep the price of our products as low as is possible for our customers, despite the price increase we have experienced in making our products. Hence, we do not offer a return policy but are proud to say that our customers enjoy a high rate of success with our creams and shampoos. If you decide to disregard this policy and mail us back product, it will be your responsibility to pay for us to re-ship it/them back to you. If you do not, we are not liable to return the item/items back to you nor refund you as the act of your mailing us the items back for a refund is a breach of this contract that you signed at the time of check out. - Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard time. If you contact us by email we will endeavor to respond to you within 24 to 48 hours. If you call our toll free number (800-343-7999)and get our voice message, although we do our best to return calls as soon as possible, please further allow 24 to 48 hours for us to respond. Our goal and policy is to answer all phone call questions as thoroughly as possible and sometimes this could take between 10 to 40 minutes per call and we appreciate your understanding.
