Hi - I was born with very thick and curly hair. Now I am 58 years old and a cancer-treatment survivor. I've had good fortune with my hair looking healthy. But it has become thinner and finer. I spent several years coloring at home. I suspect I have scalp-clogging issues, since it only grows so much then stops. Hairs fall out. When I brush my scalp all over, lots of hairs come out and lots of flakes too. There is no rash. There are no hairless patches. Even though I cut it short and let the grey takeover, and even though I try not to wash it too much or blow-dry too much, I still have this problem. I want to grow my hair out to my 80s gypsy shag and stay grey. But my hair isn't thick enough to cover my protruding ears anymore. :(
How can I be sure what I have and if your products will help? I don't want to spend too much money. If it does work, I want no hassles in getting refills.
Living in Denver, CO has climate that does not help hair.
Sincerely,
Susan
