I have two long standing issues that I was hoping you could help me with. The first is the moderate coverage of psoriasis I have on my body that I have suffered with for nearly a decade now. I have scalp psoriasis, as well as several plaques on my legs and back and some mild inflammation on my lips. Over the last few months with the use of a UVB lamp on just the affected areas combined with an increased intake in selected vitamins I have managed to reduce the thickness of the plaques but the redness never disappears. I was wondering what you could recommend to take the inflammation out of the skin.
My second query is in respect of the side effects from having quite thin skin on my face. Since childhood I have had severe dark circles under both eyes. The skin in this area is very discolored, purple almost pink in color. Couple with this, my cheeks seem to become flushed very easily, perhaps a case of mild rosacea. Basically I wondered what you could suggest that could stimulate a slight thickening of the skin in the area without triggering an outbreak of psoriasis. I am wary of products that stimulate skin cell production as psoriasis is obviously a condition that is centered around accelerated skin cell growth.
Apologies for the avalanche of text! I hope to hear from you soon.

I thought you would want to know:
I have had sebhorriec dermatitis on my face and chest for about 8 years now. It was irritating and embarrassing to say the least. I have been using harsh, expensive medicated lotions on a daily basis since I can remember. I was recently out of town and ran out of said medicated lotion. I couldn't book a dermatologist appointment for weeks, so I decided to look online for a natural solution. I have to be honest - I had little hope for positive results. After using your All Over Face & Body Wash and Face & Neck TheraCream products for one week, my symptoms had gotten remarkably better. And now, after two weeks, they are completely gone! This is just a thanks for relieving my dependency of a prescription-only, chemical product and replacing it with a natural alternative that does a better job.
Thanks!

Hello Nanette,
I would like to tell you that your Double TheraCream is working wonders and what a difference it has made in my life so far. For almost 13 years, I had developed sort of a psychological problem to where I didn't let an imperfection heal and created a large area on my scalp that I have searched for years for to heal and it never did. I tried first cortisone creams, then herbal remedies, vinegar to stop the flaking and itching, saw doctors that told me I had psoriasis on my head, offered several drugs, that I didn't fill the scripts for due to the warnings on the label. I even treated it as psoriasis as a condition, ordered miracle cures on the internet, that didn't cure it. And if I had to count the money I have spent.......oh hundreds of dollars.
It has stolen my self esteem, I haven't worn black in literally almost a decade, and it has made me constantly having to "look after" it for all this time to where it became part of me. (Of course due to the psychological part of the ordeal.) A little over one quarter of my life has been spent searching and never losing hope that something is bound to make it leave.
First, I learned about Urea on the internet, about a month ago, and went to my nearest drugstore to pick up a tube. That just made it kinda heal but kept it inflamed. Even though I saw YOUR ad first on the net, I still went and bought the drugstore version, because it was suppose to help it. But the cream that I ordered from you is the most wonderful stuff ever made on the planet.
I sure wanted to take the time to thank you SO VERY much that really these words can't express how much. If you were in the same room with me I'd hug you!!
May you always continue in your quest to helping people, with unidentifiable skin conditions, and to bless others with your gift of knowledge. And if there is anyway I can help please let me know.
Warm regards to you, and thanking you from the bottom of my heart and soul!!

My daughter had darkened skin after a trek and I feel that the doctor gave her a steroid cream mix which lightened her skin but produced minute white heads after she got her laser for hair removal. I am really worried. Please help.

I was diagnosed with Lichen Planus almost 2 years ago. I have been on all kinds of creams and finally given Soriatane for seven months. It and going off blood thinners almost cleared up all the sores but I have a continual stinging and burning of the skin. Do you have any suggestions?

Is there any way to repair severe damage caused by over use of coritsone? The skin has thinned out drastically and the WHOLE calf area looks like a bruise. I used the cream prescribed by a doctor for varicose veins and now it's done more damage than good. Can it be repaired?

Dear Nanette,
The last few weeks my face has felt warm and looks red and rough and I know it is not hot flashes. I'm on synthroid medication; I have been constipated the last few weeks also and I also have itchy bumps on my neck and face occasionally. I had an allergy test years ago and the only thing I was allergic to was copper.
I have a healthy diet and I do drink two to three glasses of wine at least 5 to 6 days a week. I was also using 20% glycolic pads on my face for the last year which I have stopped using as they seemed to help my complexion but now seems too strong to use. What do you think may be causing this problem?

Hi,
I was diagnosed with Palmoplantar Keratodermia - a rare, genetic disorder of the skin that my father also had. The skin on my palms, knuckles, ankles and soles of my feet get very thick and crack and bleed to the point of severe pain.
I've tried so many prescription and non prescription products over the years which never did help much. My pharmacist actually told me about Urea and it's benefits so I did an internet search for products containing a higher percentage of Urea and found you!
I wish I would have taken before pictures of my feet then as they were so bad and had deep cracks that bled all the time and never healed.
Within a couple weeks of using your double strength cream, they actually were healing up! Something that had not happened in over 20 years!
I ran out of the cream a week or so ago and the cracks started to reappear so I did take photos this time. As soon as I get my order, I will take after photos and email them to you!
Though this skin condition is not common, there are a few of us out there who are pretty desperate to find something to work. I've done much research on this skin disorder and there really is nothing out there as far as information for treatments.
I wonder about your oral supplements and what you can tell me about what you can recommend for helping with this internally?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, wondering if you plan on making larger sizes of the Double Strength Theracream and Hand & Body TheraCream? I was thinking bigger sizes would be great!
Thank you SO much for your products. They have been a God send!!!! Nancy

Could you advise of a product that is suited to treating the redness that is apparent on psoriasis of the body, and I have small tiny dots of psoriasis on my hands and feet. I'm currently using creams containing 10% UREA; but this is not natural organic urea; essentail oils/carriers oils like lavender; Bergamnot; Lush Dream Cream; (which is 100% Organic with oatmeal Chamomile and lavender; and Exorex coal tar solution (steriod free), which are all helping!
Kindest regards,
Helen.

My daughter often complains of itchy, burning feet, and on inspection they are often red, dry and with deep ridges in the skin mainly on the balls of her feet. She is worse when she has been swimming, and we have now got some latex socks for her to wear in the pool, but she still gets the problem especially if her feet get hot. At its worst her feet have become infected and had to be treated with a prescription cream.
Can you please recommend a good natural cream with anti bacterial, anti fungal properties which we can use daily.

Hi Nanette,
I have seborrheic dermatitis of the face where it's really red on my cheeks and nose ect. Have you got any good treatments I could try as I don't want to use steriods - they make my skin worse. I just hate this.
If you have any recommendations could you tell me the products that are not too greasy as it makes me get a lot of blackheads. The main worry of mine is the redness of my face so if you could get back to me it would be great. I have tried so much and no treatment work and it's so depressing!! Thanks! :( Sarah

I'm new to your site, but looking for a lotion or cream with at least 10% urea. I'm 60 years old and long for that "glow" or silky smooth look. Is the higher percentage urea in a lotion or cream the better for your skin?
Thank you. Very interested in your products.
